On July 24, the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to approve the content of the organization of the 24th Provincial Police Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee congratulated Mr. Tran Van Phuc - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Quang Ninh Provincial Police - on being promoted from Colonel to Major General.
The Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee affirmed that this is a recognition by the Party and State for the contributions of Major General Tran Van Phuc personally as well as the Provincial Police force in general. At the same time, he hoped that the provincial police force would promote the results achieved in the past time, continue to perform well the assigned tasks, maintain political security and social order and safety in the area. Thereby, continuing to contribute significantly to the overall development of the province.
Also last week, on July 25, in Hai Phong City, the Supreme People's Court held a ceremony to announce the decision to appoint the position of Deputy Chief Justice of the Military Court of Military Region 3; appoint the Chief Justice and Deputy Chief Justice of the Military Court of Military Region 3.
At the ceremony, Lieutenant General Duong Van Thang - Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, Chief Justice of the Central Military Court - presented the decision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court to appoint Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Quyet, Head of the Administrative Department of the Military Court of Military Region 3 to hold the position of Deputy Chief Justice of the Military Court of Military Region 3.
At the same time, the decision to appoint Major Vu Tuan Hai - Deputy Chief Justice of the Military Court of Military Region 3 was presented; the decision to appoint Major Le Van Cuong, Head of the Administrative Department, Military Court of Military Region 3 to the position of Deputy Chief Justice of the Military Court of Military Region 3.
Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant General Duong Van Thang requested the appointed officers, in their new positions, to continue to promote the spirit, responsibility, solidarity in the Party Committee and command in organizing the implementation of tasks and building a strong and comprehensive unit;
At the same time, continue to cultivate, practice, study, improve political courage, professional skills, acumen and sharpness in management and direction; regularly thoroughly grasp and concretize the Party's viewpoints and guidelines, the State's policies and laws in the trial work, ensuring the trial of the right person, the right crime, and the right law.
