Re-appointment of Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment

Mr. Le Minh Ngan was re-appointed as Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment.

On January 10, the Government Office announced that Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 56/QD-TTg to re-appoint Mr. Le Minh Ngan to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment.

The term of appointment is 5 years. The decision takes effect from February 13, 2025.

Mr. Le Minh Ngan was born on October 5, 1969, hometown in Van Hoa commune, Tuyen Hoa district, Quang Binh province. Degree: Master of Economics.

On February 13, 2020, he was transferred and appointed by the Prime Minister to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment under Decision No. 243/QD-TTg.
