According to Decision No. 3798/QD-UBND of the Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, Comrade Ba Van Thang, born in 1968, Head of the Urban Department, Office of the Hanoi People's Committee was appointed to the position of Deputy Chief of Office of the Hanoi People's Committee; the appointment term is 5 years.
Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan said that the two appointed comrades are both experienced, well-trained officials and are in charge of important areas of the city.
