According to Decision No. 9196-QD/TU dated July 7, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee, Mr. Le Trung Kien, born on January 31, 1966, member of the City Party Committee, former Secretary of the District Party Committee, former Chairman of the People's Council of Dong Anh District for the 2021-2026 term was assigned and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Organization Committee until the retirement age according to regulations.
After the decision was announced, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong presented the decision and presented flowers to congratulate Mr. Le Trung Kien.
In his speech assigning tasks, Mr. Nguyen Van Phong requested the new Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Board to promote his work experience in the locality, uphold the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, and work with the City Party Committee's Organization Board to strive to excellently complete all assigned tasks.
In particular, special attention is paid to the task of advising the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, the Executive Committee of the City Party Committee on Party organization and building, the organization of cadres - key areas; at the same time, guiding, inspecting and urging the successful organization of congresses for the 2025 - 2030 term at 126 new commune and ward party committees.
