Accordingly, for public service units of group 3, in case the ratio of the number of public employees with professional titles of class I and equivalent is less than 10%, the missing number will be added to class II and equivalent; Continue similarly for class II and class III; The ratio of occupational title class structure may be larger than the prescribed ratio.
