The Ministry of Finance reorganizes and reorganizes 2 publishers before September 1

The Ministry of Finance is responsible for completing the arrangement and reorganization of the two publishers to officially operate no later than September 1, 2025.

Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc signed Decision No. 1743/QD-TTg dated August 14, 2025 promulgating a list of public service units under the Ministry of Finance.

According to the decision, public service units under the Ministry of Finance include:

1. Academy of Finance.

2. University of Finance - Marketing.

3. Academy of Policy and Development.

4. University of Finance - Business Administration.

5. University of Finance - Accounting.

6. Da Nang College of Economics and Planning.

7. Economic - Financial Publishing House.

8. National Innovation Center.

The Ministry of Finance is responsible for completing the arrangement and reorganization of the Statistical Publishing House under the Statistics Office and the Financial Publishing House into the Economic - Financial Publishing House so that the Economic - Financial Publishing House can officially operate no later than September 1, 2025.

This Decision takes effect from August 14, 2025; abolish Decision No. 722/QD-TTg dated May 16, 2014 of the Prime Minister promulgating the list of public service units under the Ministry of Finance and Decision No. 497/QD-TTg dated May 9, 2018 of the Prime Minister promulgating the list of public service units under the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
