On June 5, according to information from Military Region 4, the Military Region Working Group led by Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh - Commander of the Military Region conducted an inspection of the preparation work for local military organization when organizing the two-level local government apparatus for the Quang Binh and Quang Tri Provincial Military Commands.
According to the model of the local government 2 levels and on the basis of the direction of Military Region 4, the Military Command of the two provinces in the past time actively reviewed the organization of the payroll, consolidating the system of commanding organizations, developing plans to arrange and arrange officials and facilities in accordance with the new task requirements.
The units did a good job of ideological work, grasping the thoughts and aspirations of the officers and soldiers, especially the comrades in the field of work arrangement and transfer after the merger.
At the same time, it will thoroughly grasp the policies and orientations of the Party, State and Ministry of National Defense, creating high consensus in the unit.
At the inspection, the Working Group and leaders and commanders of the units discussed and clarified a number of key contents such as the plan to organize provincial-level military agencies under the conditions of administrative consolidation, adjusting local defense postures associated with strong defense areas.
Immediately after the working session, the Working Group conducted a field inspection at a number of locations of the headquarters of the Provincial Defense Cluster Command and key locations for national defense after the administrative merger.
The inspection shows that localities are actively prepared, close to reality and meet strategic requirements in the new situation.
At the inspection, Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh - Commander of Military Region 4 - acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactive and responsible spirit of the Party Committee, government, and armed forces of Quang Binh and Quang Tri provinces in implementing the contents of preparing to reorganize local military agencies.
The Commander of Military Region 4 requested that in the coming time, units continue to carefully review, ensuring that there are no negligence in the process of organizing local military. At the same time, strengthen political and ideological education, ensure internal stability and high combat readiness in all situations.
Military Region 4 will continue to closely monitor and direct, accompanying units to successfully implement the process of converting the local government and military organization model according to the direction of the Central and the Ministry of National Defense.
Previously, Military Region 4 also approved a personnel project to merge the Quang Binh Provincial Military Command and the Quang Tri Provincial Military Command into the Quang Tri Provincial Military Command.
