Participating in the working delegation were Senior Lieutenant General Pham The Tung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security; Comrade Tran Van Phuc - Member of the Central Inspection Committee; and representatives of leaders of a number of professional departments under the Ministry of Public Security.
On the side of Quang Ninh Provincial Police, there were Major General Nguyen Tien Trung - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police; comrades in the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors of the Provincial Police and leaders of professional departments.
Speaking to direct at the working session, General Luong Tam Quang, Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Public Security, Minister of Public Security acknowledged and praised the results that Quang Ninh Police have achieved in the past time. The Minister requested the unit to thoroughly grasp the new thinking in task deployment; closely follow the Party's strategic guidelines, Resolution of the 8th Party Congress of the Central Public Security with specific, substantive, and measurable goals and targets.
The Minister of Public Security emphasized that the highest goal of ensuring security and order is not only to maintain stability but also to create a safe and secure environment to serve rapid and sustainable development, improve people's lives and health, so that people can truly enjoy the fruits of development.
In all fields of socio-economics, culture, and digital transformation, there is a role and mark of the Police force. Therefore, the Provincial Police must proactively advise and deeply participate in the key tasks of the Party Committee and government; firmly grasp the organization of the implementation of policies to promptly detect and rectify, and not let small violations accumulate into large violations.
