The People's Committees of provinces and cities where the project passes through (Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway project, North - South high-speed railway project) focus on directing the implementation to ensure the completion of all procedures according to regulations, starting the simultaneous construction of at least 1 resettlement area in each locality on August 19 on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2).
Urgently send information on the starting location and implementation plan to the Ministry of Construction before July 30, 2025 for synthesis.
The Ministry of Construction officially provides the route and scope of site clearance (GPMB) to the locality to update and correct the scope of GPMB of the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway project and the North - South high-speed railway project when approved by competent authorities.
Regarding capital mobilization for railway projects, the Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Finance to preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Construction and localities to be proactive in capital to arrange for projects that meet progress, not allowing capital shortages to affect the progress of projects.
