On June 4, the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decisions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee on personnel work for many key leadership positions in departments, branches and localities.
At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee decided to transfer Mr. Trinh Sy Tai - Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Party Committee of Tan Giang Ward to hold the position of Standing Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee.
Mr. Nguyen Quoc Trung - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism was transferred and rotated to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Tan Giang ward.
Replacing this position, Mr. To Vu Ninh - Secretary of the Party Committee of Dam Thuy commune was appointed to hold the position of Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Along with that, Mr. Vu Anh Tuan was transferred to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Dam Thuy commune; Mr. Nong Minh Thang held the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Phuc Hoa commune.
Mr. Vu Van De was appointed Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Ms. Trieu Thi Kieu Dung was rotated to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Bao Lac commune. The term of appointment for the titles is 5 years.
Speaking to assign tasks, Cao Bang Provincial Party Secretary Phan Thang An said that this transfer and appointment is to consolidate the leadership and management team, meeting the development requirements of the province in the new period.
According to the Provincial Party Secretary, Cao Bang is facing many development opportunities with the goal of double-digit economic growth, accelerating digital transformation, administrative reform, tourism development, border gate economy and border trade economy.
In particular, the Dong Dang - Tra Linh expressway project is expected to open up a new development space for the locality.
Provincial leaders requested officials assigned to new tasks to quickly approach work, promote the spirit of innovation and responsibility, build a united collective, and contribute to completing the socio-economic development goals of the province.
