Remove Mr. Le Quang Huy from his duties as a National Assembly delegate

On the afternoon of October 6, the National Assembly Standing Committee and the National Assembly Standing Committee held a conference to consider and decide on the dismissal of Mr. Le Quang Huy, a National Assembly delegate of the National Assembly Delegation of Lam Dong province, from his duties as a National Assembly delegate to the 15th National Assembly.

Accordingly, based on the Constitution, the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly and relevant legal provisions; based on the opinions of competent authorities; based on the submission of the Standing Committee of the Delegation Work Committee.

Considering Mr. Le Quang Huy's application to resign from the duties of a National Assembly deputy on September 22, the National Assembly Standing Committee discussed, voted secretly to approve and issue Resolution 1854 on the dismissal of Mr. Le Quang Huy from the duties of a National Assembly deputy of the 15th tenure.

According to the announcement of the Central Party Office, on the morning of October 6, at the 13th Party Central Committee Conference, the Central Committee agreed to let Mr. Le Quang Huy cease his position as a member of the 13th Party Central Committee according to his personal wishes.

The Central Committee also gave opinions on personnel for the Politburo to decide to introduce to the 15th National Assembly to elect the position of Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment.
