On March 1, Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan inspected the Departments of Finance, Culture - Sports and Tourism (VHTTDL), Agriculture and Environment, Construction, Provincial Land Fund Development Center; and at the same time encouraged the spirit of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers (CCVCNLD) after the merger.
At the inspection, the Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee shared the concerns of civil servants and public employees of departments and branches; at the same time, emphasizing that the merger is an inevitable requirement to meet the development of the country.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the staff to quickly stabilize their mentality, promote the spirit of solidarity, and focus on work with the highest determination.
"From March 3, leaders, cadres, and civil servants must immediately start working, completely resolve assigned tasks and speed up the progress of handling outstanding work," Mr. Pham Anh Tuan directed.
For the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province requested to urgently prepare and mobilize social resources to organize the solemn and worthy 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of Binh Dinh province, with historical significance, affirming the province's determination to rise up.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment must speed up administrative procedures in converting forest land, managing minerals and related fields to promote socio-economic growth.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province requested the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Thanh Thuong to closely coordinate with the deputy level to avoid hesitation and delay.
Regarding development orientation, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan emphasized that agriculture is still the mainstay of the provincial economy, so it is necessary to maintain stable development.
The Department of Construction must focus on speeding up the progress of key transport projects, ensuring the completion of 12,900 social housing units according to the Central Government's targets.
Regarding the way the new apparatus of the departments is operated, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province emphasized the viewpoint: "No end to work, no end to time". The leaders of the departments need to proactively handle the backlog of work, if necessary, they can work extra on Saturdays and Sundays. He also requested that leaders of departments set an example, dare to take responsibility, and be a solid support for their subordinates.
The Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee requested the leaders of the departments to carry out the work of appointing, decentralizing and delegating in a fair manner, not allowing local situations to occur. The arrangement of cadres must ensure three criteria: Capacity, enthusiasm and ethics.
The heads of departments and branches need to be resolute but not rigid or forced, but must flexibly apply legal regulations, putting the common interest first. If there are no appropriate regulations, it is necessary to proactively propose a plan for the Provincial People's Committee to consider.
