On the morning of October 24, Yen Khanh District Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Standing Committee of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee on assigning, transferring and appointing Mr. Duong Duc Khanh - Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation to join the District Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Yen Khanh District Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term.
At the conference, Mr. To Van Tu - Head of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee Organization announced the decision of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the assignment, transfer and appointment of Mr. Duong Duc Khanh - Provincial Party Committee member, Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Secretary of the Provincial Federation of Labor Party Committee to cease holding the position of Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor Party Committee, to be appointed to participate in the District Party Executive Committee, the District Party Committee Standing Committee and hold the position of Yen Khanh District Party Secretary, term 2020 - 2025 from October 24, 2024.
Presenting the decision and flowers to the new Secretary of Yen Khanh District Party Committee, Mr. Mai Van Tuat - Standing Deputy Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee congratulated Mr. Duong Duc Khanh on being entrusted by the Standing Committee of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee with a new task, continuing to fulfill his tasks well in his new position.
Standing Deputy Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee Mai Van Tuat stated that Mr. Duong Duc Khanh is a leader and manager who has worked in many agencies and units.
Through his various positions, Mr. Duong Duc Khanh has always upheld his sense of responsibility, strived to complete well and excellently the assigned tasks, and made many positive and important contributions to the agencies and units he has worked for.
With his qualifications, capacity, prestige and practical experience, along with his efforts, striving and maturity, Mr. Duong Duc Khanh fully meets the conditions and standards to hold the position of Secretary of Yen Khanh District Party Committee.
Standing Deputy Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee Mai Van Tuat suggested that in his new position, Mr. Duong Duc Khanh should continue to promote the results, achievements and experiences he has gained; constantly research, study, practice, promote his role and responsibility, maintain the political qualities of a cadre and party member, be united, exemplary, overcome difficulties to successfully complete assigned tasks.

Also at the conference, the Organizing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee on the assignment, transfer and appointment of Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hung - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Lu District to cease participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and cease holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hoa Lu District Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term; was transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Yen Khanh District Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term from October 24, 2024.
