"The upcoming arrangement of the commune-level apparatus is to merge 60-70% out of more than 10,000 communes. Recently, we have arranged more than 1,000 communes and some districts where the National Assembly Standing Committee has held many meetings, so there will be many more meetings in the coming time. Or in the near future, there will be no more district-level units, then the province will be merged... the workload will be very large. The first phase is difficult but has been overcome, the next phases will be even more difficult," Mr. Tran Thanh Man emphasized and suggested careful preparation.

Activities at the Session were conducted strictly, ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Of which, 677 National Assembly deputies spoke at the Group session; in the sessions at the Hall, 111 National Assembly deputies spoke for discussion and debate.
