National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man and his wife visited Inter-level School No. 14 named after President Ho Chi Minh in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

Within the framework of the official visit to Mongolia, on the afternoon of September 9 (local time), in the capital Ulaanbaatar, Politburo Member, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man and his wife visited Inter-level School No. 14 named after President Ho Chi Minh, according to VNA.

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man and his wife, along with the high-level Vietnamese delegation, offered flowers at the Statue of President Ho Chi Minh, and visited the Ho Chi Minh Tradition Room on campus.

Recalling the Mongolian saying: "Learning never depends on age" or "Only students understand the merits of teachers", National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man hoped that teachers would constantly learn, cultivate ethics and improve professional qualifications; be dynamic and creative in innovating the mindset of "teaching and learning" to inspire patriotism to students, the future buds of Mongolia.

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man hopes that students will continue to implement and spread the 5 teachings of Uncle Ho "Love the Fatherland, love compatriots; Study well, work well; Unite well, discipline well; Maintain good hygiene; Be humble, honest, brave"; continue to strive to study and train to bring joy, pride, and happiness to teachers, parents and families, worthy of being future owners, contributing to building Mongolia to become increasingly rich and strong, bringing the Vietnam - Mongolia Comprehensive Partnership to become increasingly developed and especially worthy of being students of the School named after President Ho Chi Minh.

The National Assembly Chairwoman also wished the Mongolian Government and the Ulaanbaatar city government to continue to pay attention and create favorable conditions for Inter-level School No. 14 named after President Ho Chi Minh to continuously improve the quality of education, become one of the typical schools of Mongolia, contributing to the implementation of education goals in the "Vision 2050", and at the same time continue to be a beautiful symbol of Vietnam - Mongolia friendship.

In order to commend the achievements of "good teaching and good learning", promptly encourage and motivate teachers and students of the school, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man donated 10,000 USD to support the school to supplement teaching equipment to prepare for the new school year 2026 - 2027.

Inter-level School No. 14 was established in 1949, one of the cradles of talent training for Mongolia. To celebrate the 90th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh, Mongolian leaders decided to allow the school to be named after President Ho Chi Minh. In 2009, the statue of President Ho Chi Minh was built on the school grounds; in 2017, the Ho Chi Minh Tradition Room was inaugurated.
