However, to reorganize the apparatus, as well as give young people the opportunity to contribute, I decided to apply for early retirement. I'm still happy, not worried at all."
The leader of the Department of Home Affairs of Binh Dinh province said that the unit is currently compiling a list of leaders of departments, branches and localities who wish to retire early. This is to estimate funding to implement policies and regimes.
At the conference at the beginning of the year, Binh Dinh Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung requested to speed up the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus in the spirit of "province does not wait for the Central Government, district does not wait for the province", ensuring completion in February 2025.
"Binh Dinh also has to do 3 major things: Merge and consolidate agencies, streamline units within each agency, and move towards streamlining the payroll," Mr. Ho Quoc Dung directed.
"The cadres have completed their tasks excellently"
At the Conference to summarize the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, Binh Dinh Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung expressed his deep gratitude and appreciation to the cadres affected by the restructuring of the apparatus.
"The directors of departments and branches subject to reorganization have completed their tasks excellently. I hope you are always proud of what you have done, don't think that it is because you can't do it that you have to arrange it", said Mr. Ho Quoc Dung.
Mr. Ho Quoc Dung also welcomed the sacrifice of personal interests of cadres and leaders for the restructuring of the apparatus. At the same time, it is required that the organizational apparatus must be put into operation immediately after the arrangement, without interruption.
