On February 7, Lao Dong news source reported that after summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the 12th Party Central Committee, Binh Dinh province has completed the plan to reorganize the political system in the direction of streamlining, effective and efficient operation and submitted it to the Central Committee for approval.
To date, Binh Dinh has recorded 10 cases of leaders of departments, agencies and equivalent positions under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee who have submitted applications for early retirement. Among them, there is 1 member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and 4 members of the Provincial Party Committee.
These are leaders who wish to retire early in accordance with Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the Party Central Committee. The applications for early retirement have been sent to the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee of Binh Dinh Province.
Previously, at the Conference to summarize the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW held on December 24, 2024, Binh Dinh Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung mentioned that Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board Nguyen Gio came to see him to present his wish to resign to serve the streamlining of the apparatus.
Mr. Ho Quoc Dung also welcomed the sacrifice of personal interests of cadres and leaders for the restructuring of the apparatus. At the same time, he requested that the apparatus be put into operation immediately after the restructuring, without any interruption.
"Synchronously implement the streamlining of the organizational apparatus in conjunction with the structure of the staff with sufficient qualities, capacity, and equal to the task. Have a mechanism to screen out those who do not have enough qualities, capacity, and prestige," Mr. Dung suggested.
"The staff have completed their tasks excellently"
At the Conference to review the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, Secretary of Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee Ho Quoc Dung expressed his deep gratitude to the cadres affected by the apparatus rearrangement.
"The directors of departments and branches that are being reorganized have completed their tasks excellently. I hope that you will always be proud of what you have done, and not think that you were reorganized because you could not do it," said Mr. Ho Quoc Dung.
