On the afternoon of November 17, Nghe An Provincial Party Committee held a ceremony to announce Decision No. 2525-QDNS/TW dated November 14, 2025 of the Central Party Secretariat on personnel work.
The conference was attended by Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee; the working delegation of the Central Organization Committee; and leaders of Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces.
On the side of Military Region 4, there was Major General Nguyen Ngoc Ha - Deputy Commander of Military Region 4.
On November 14, 2025, the Central Party Secretariat decided that Mr. Vo Trong Hai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province - would cease to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and cease to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; at the same time, Mr. Vo Trong Hai was transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
On behalf of the Central Party Secretariat, Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van presented the decision and presented flowers to congratulate Mr. Vo Trong Hai - the new Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee.
