Notably, the Government's Resolution emphasized the requirements of upgrading and developing the information system to resolve administrative procedures at the ministry and provincial level to meet the requirements of digitalization and implementation of administrative procedures regardless of administrative boundaries and the model of organizing the two -level local government under the direction of the Government and the Prime Minister; Integrating and providing 100% of online public services on the National Public Service Portal in June 2025;
