On May 25, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decisions of the Minister of Public Security and the Director of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police on promotion and salary increase in 2026 for 1,856 officers and non-commissioned officers of the Provincial Police.

Major General To Anh Dung - Director of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police attended and chaired the ceremony. The ceremony was organized in a direct combined online form, connecting from the Provincial Police bridge point to commune-level police bridge points.
At the ceremony, leaders of the Organization and Personnel Department - Thanh Hoa Provincial Police announced the decisions of the Minister of Public Security and the Director of the Provincial Police on promoting ranks and salary grades for 1,856 officers and soldiers.
Among them, 16 officials with outstanding and typical achievements in the working process were decided by the Minister of Public Security and the Director of the Provincial Police to be promoted to ranks and salary grades ahead of schedule.
Colonel Le Ngoc Anh and Colonel Nguyen Anh Tuan - Deputy Directors of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police - were promoted to salary grades ahead of schedule by the Minister of Public Security. Comrade Kim Duy Cuong - Deputy Director of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police - was promoted from Senior Colonel to Colonel.
