    On February 25, information from Thanh Hoa Provincial Police said that the Ministry of Public Security has just appointed Colonel Trinh Van Giang - Deputy Director of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, as the Head of the Investigation Police Agency of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, replacing Colonel Duong Van Tien - Deputy Director of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police.

    Previously, on January 15, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police announced the decision to appoint Mr. Trinh Van Giang at that time as Lieutenant Colonel as Deputy Director of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police.

    Before holding the position of Deputy Director of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, Lieutenant Colonel Trinh Van Giang held the positions of Chief of Nghi Son Town Police (Thanh Hoa), Head of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police.

    Colonel Duong Van Tien has also just been reappointed by the Minister of Public Security to the position of Deputy Director of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police ( Announced on February 3).
