At the announcement ceremony, on behalf of the Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police, Colonel Vu Thanh Tung - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police - presented the decision to transfer Senior Lieutenant Colonel Vu Manh Ha (born in 1979, hometown Phu Cu district, Hung Yen province) - Head of Dam Ha district Police - to take up the position of Head of Dong Trieu town Police.
Also at the announcement ceremony, the representative of the Personnel Organization Department announced the Decision of the Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police on the transfer of Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Son - Head of Dong Trieu Town Police - to work and hold the position of Chief of Office of the Provincial Police Investigation Agency; Decision on the transfer and appointment of Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Duc Han - Deputy Head of Dong Trieu Town Police - to work and hold the position of Head of Dam Ha District Police.
Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Colonel Vu Thanh Tung - Deputy Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police - highly appreciated the working process, achievements and contributions of Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Son and Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Duc Han.
