On March 12, in Dien Bien, Inspection and Supervision Delegation No. 30 of the Politburo, Secretariat led by Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Tra - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister, announced the decision to inspect and supervise the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.
The content focuses on supervising the leadership, direction, organization of research, study, thorough grasp, propaganda and implementation of the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress; the leadership, direction, organization of implementation of Directive No. 01 of the Politburo on research, study, thorough grasp, propaganda and implementation of the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress; Directive No. 46 of the Politburo on leading the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and election of People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
Along with that, the working group inspected the organization and operation of agencies and units in the locality after operating the local government at 2 levels.
Tasks and solutions to ensure the implementation of the average GDP growth target for the period 2026-2030 from 10% or more according to the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress.
The leadership, direction, and organization of the implementation of Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation, national digital transformation and related documents.
Speaking at the conference, Deputy Prime Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra acknowledged and highly appreciated the coordination and preparation of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee and related units in developing reports and documents to be ready to serve the inspection and supervision delegation.
The Deputy Prime Minister also requested the Standing Committee of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee to continue to identify inspection and supervision work as an important, regular, and continuous political task to ensure discipline and order in the Party, in the observance and organization of the implementation of resolutions and conclusions of the Central Government and localities.
Along with that, inspection and supervision work must be assessed objectively, comprehensively, impartially, fully, and accurately about the results that the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee has led, directed, and organized to implement in the past time.
On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee Tran Tien Dung received the directing opinions, will focus on completing the report, preparing complete dossiers and documents to serve inspection and supervision work.
Regarding double-digit growth in 2026, the province has closely followed the growth scenario and has monthly assessments to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles, determined to achieve the set targets and plans.
Immediately after the election, the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee will develop a plan to implement inspection and supervision of Party organizations from an early stage so that the implementation of Directives and Resolutions achieves the highest efficiency.
Regarding election work, so far the province has prepared carefully and is ready for the festival of the country to take place safely, seriously and achieve high efficiency.
After the conference, Deputy Prime Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra, along with the working delegation and leaders of Dien Bien province, inspected the election work in Thanh An and Thanh Yen communes.
