On April 14, in the 44th session, the National Assembly Standing Committee gave comments on the report on supervision of the settlement and response to the voters' recommendations to the 8th session, reviewing the National Assembly's prayer work report in March.
Presenting this content, the Chairman of the People's Committee and supervision of the National Assembly Duong Thanh Binh reflected that voters and people are very interested in the contents of the 9th session program.
Especially, the National Assembly considers amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution and amending laws related to the amendment of the Constitution to serve the arrangement and streamlining the organizational structure in the spirit of Resolution 18.
According to Mr. Duong Thanh Binh, voters and people expect the National Assembly to have important decisions to remove difficulties, contribute to the country's economic development, stabilize and improve the lives of people.
At the same time, voters and people are concerned and agree to support the arrangement and streamlining the organizational structure of the political system being directed drastically, urgently, achieving important initial results.
However, voters and people are worried about fake information and false truth spread on social networks about the policy of streamlining the organizational structure of the Party and State agencies, arranging administrative units.
Besides, voters and people are particularly worried about the fire situation occurring in many places; disguised medical examination and treatment activities, impersonating doctors of large hospitals, without medical practice certificates.
Voters and people are also worried that the US's announcement of decision to impose reciprocal tax rates on Vietnam's exports are at a significant risk of impact on production and domestic jobs, especially for exporting enterprises.
The People's Committee and supervision of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly proposed the Government and the Prime Minister to direct the authorities to continue coordinating and exchanging with the United States in the spirit of construction and cooperation to find practical solutions, contributing to bringing bilateral economic relations to develop stably and sustainably, meeting the interests of people and businesses of the two countries.
In addition, the Ministry of Health is requested to urgently strengthen the management and strictly handle disguised medical examination and treatment activities, tighten the regulations on practice licensing, strictly handle violations in the field of health.
The Ministry of Public Security strengthened inspection and inspection of fire prevention and fighting, especially for businesses, mini apartments and individual houses combined with production and business with high risk of fire and explosion.
In commenting, Member of the Politburo, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man assessed that many issues related to the people have been seriously absorbed by the Ministry of Industry, some petitions for the Standing Committee of the National Assembly are also absorbed.
"The document is better, not round, general, form, voters are satisfied. Many complaints have been solved by the Ministry of Industry in the period between the two sessions. Some ministries and branches resolve many complaints of voters" - the Chairman of the National Assembly stated.
From the above issue, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man proposed to promote and constantly innovate the mechanism of coordination of ministries and local branches, taking the satisfaction of voters and people as a measure.
