In particular, the National Assembly Standing Committee commented on the application for amendment and supplement of a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution; Establishing a draft committee to amend and supplement a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution; collect people's opinions on the draft amendment and supplement of a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution.

The Chairman of the National Assembly proposed the Government to direct ministries and branches to urgently prepare the contents of the responsibility, closely follow the meeting program to complete and submit to the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on schedule, not backwards and put around the time during the meeting.
During the meeting, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly also had to complete the review and approval of resolutions to arrange and reorganize the commune -level DVHC. At the same time, give opinions to submit to the National Assembly through the Resolution of the merger of provincial -level units and complete the contents under the work program in the second quarter of 2025.
