On the morning of December 1, the City Party Committee and the People's Committee of Da Nang City held a conference to announce important decisions on personnel work. Many key leadership positions such as Chief Inspector, Chief of the City Party Committee Office, Director of the Department of Home Affairs have been rotated and appointed.
At the conference, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the Chairman of the City People's Committee announced decisions on the transfer and appointment of cadres for a period of 5 years, starting from December 1, 2025. Specifically:
Ms. Tran Thi Kim Hoa - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chief Inspector of the City was assigned and transferred to hold the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs, concurrently held the position of Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Committee and appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoang Sa Special Zone;
Mr. Tran Thang Loi - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chief of the City Party Committee Office was transferred to work at the City People's Committee and appointed to the position of Chief Inspector of the City.
Mr. Phan Van Binh - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Director of the Department of Home Affairs and Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoang Sa Special Zone was transferred, received and appointed to hold the position of Chief of the City Party Committee Office.
The leaders of the Da Nang City Party Committee highly appreciated the capacity of the 3 appointed officials, emphasizing that in the context of the two-level local government, officials need to proactively update new documents and conclusions from the Central Government; closely follow the grassroots situation and listen to professional opinions to effectively advise the City Party Committee and the City People's Committee.
