At the Conference to implement decisions on organizational arrangement on the morning of February 7, the Da Nang City Party Committee announced the decision to establish the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee on the basis of merging the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee.
The Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee decided to assign and transfer Mr. Tran Thang Loi, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Mass Mobilization Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee to hold the position of Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025, starting from February 7, 2025.
The Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee decided to assign and transfer Mr. Doan Ngoc Hung Anh, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department to work at the City People's Council, and introduce him to be elected as Vice Chairman of the Da Nang City People's Committee.
Mr. Tran Thang Loi, 49 years old, hometown: Huong Tra town, Hue city; Professional qualification: Master of Economic Management; Political theory qualification: Senior. Mr. Tran Thang Loi used to hold the positions of Deputy Chief of Office, Chief of Office of Da Nang City Party Committee, Secretary of Son Tra District Party Committee. In November 2022, while working as Secretary of Son Tra District Party Committee, Mr. Tran Thang Loi was transferred to work at Hai Chau District Party Committee, appointed to hold the position of Secretary of Hai Chau District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Da Nang City Party Committee has 6 Deputy Heads including Mr. Nguyen Manh Dung, Nguyen Hoai Nam, Le Van Minh and Ms. Mai Thi Thu, Pham Thi Thao Nguyen, Nguyen Thi Kim Hoa.
