Vice Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee - Ho Quang Buu has just signed and issued Official Letter No. 1007/UBND-HCC, directing the focus on completing the reduction and simplification of administrative procedures and business conditions.
Accordingly, the City People's Committee assigned departments, branches and sectors to urgently review and advise on the completion of mechanisms, policies and administrative procedures in local legal documents. The submission for approval and implementation of the procedure reduction and simplification plan must be completed before August 30, 2025.
To ensure that administrative procedures are carried out smoothly and without interruption, units must complete the review, adjustment of internal processes, electronic processes and implement procedures regardless of administrative boundaries before August 15, 2025. Also during this period, agencies must review and fully arrange staff and facilities and equipment to meet work requirements, avoiding congestion and interruptions.
Another key task is upgrading the city's Administrative Procedures Information System. The People's Committee Office is assigned to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Science and Technology to complete this upgrade before August 30, 2025. The goal is to make the system meet the requirements of digitalization, data conversion and be consistent with the 2-level local government organization model.
The dispatch also emphasizes the responsibility of heads of departments, branches, sectors and Chairmen of People's Committees of wards and communes. They must be directly responsible to the Chairman of the City People's Committee for the work results and conduct monthly reports. All of these efforts aim to effectively implement Resolution No. 66/NQ-CP of the Government, towards a modern, efficient and better-serving administration for people and businesses.
