The 16th Congress of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, will take place from September 25 to 27, 2025.
The Congress will fully implement 4 contents: Summarize the implementation of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term and determine the direction, goals, tasks and solutions for the 2025-2030 term; discuss and contribute opinions to the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress; elect the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term; elect the Provincial Delegation to attend the 14th National Party Congress.
