At the ceremony, representatives of the Board of Directors of Cao Bang Provincial Police announced the Decision of the Minister of Public Security and the Standing Committee of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee on the transfer of branches for Major General Vu Hong Quang, former Director of Cao Bang Provincial Police.
At the same time, the Decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer of Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh to take up the job and hold the position of Director of Cao Bang Provincial Police was announced.
