On the morning of June 16, Cao Bang Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce and present the Decision of the Minister of Public Security on the promotion of ranks one year ahead of schedule, from Lieutenant Colonel to Lieutenant Colonel for comrade Le Thanh Binh - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police.
Attending and chairing the ceremony were Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh - Director of the Provincial Police; Also attending were comrades from the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors of the Provincial Police, and representatives of the leaders of the professional departments.
At the ceremony, the representative of the Department of Organization and Personnel announced the Decision of the Minister of Public Security to promote comrade Le Thanh Binh to the rank of captain. Authorized by the Minister, Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh directly presented the Decision and presented flowers to congratulate Lieutenant Colonel Le Thanh Binh.
Speaking at the ceremony, Director of the Provincial Police - Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh emphasized that the early promotion of ranks shows the recognition and appreciation from the Ministry of Public Security for the outstanding contributions, efforts and achievements of comrade Le Thanh Binh during his work.
