Visiting the exhibition areas, General Phan Van Giang stopped at many booths with modern weapons and equipment such as Scud-B missiles (R 17E), S-125-VT missiles, Truong Son missile complex, self-propelled artillery, drowning, waterlogs, guns, artillery... General Phan Van Giang listened to reports on a number of weapons, weapons, logistics - technical products such as military uniforms, special salary.
General Phan Van Giang directly experienced the virtual reality of driving without glasses on Truong Son Street. In the past half month, this exhibition area along with the shooting experience area has always attracted a large number of people to interact and experience.
Through experience, people can truly immerse themselves in history, understand part of the difficulties that our ancestors have experienced in the struggles to protect the sovereignty of the Fatherland.
After the field inspection and inspection conclusion, General Phan Van Giang highly appreciated the achievements, modern equipment and technology produced by Vietnam displayed at the National Achievements Exhibition, and expressed his joy at seeing a large number of people visiting the exhibition; the international delegations also paid great attention and highly appreciated the exhibition area of the Ministry of National Defense at the Exhibition.
General Phan Van Giang emphasized that Vietnam determined to strengthen and consolidate national defense, build a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, and modern army with the purpose of maintaining peace and defending the Fatherland.

The exhibition area of the Ministry of National Defense consists of 2 indoor and outdoor sections. At the indoor exhibition area, there are 335 scientifically designed products and weapons, divided into many areas, recreating history from the origin of the nation, the milestones over 80 years of building and defending the country, introducing the process of building the army; displaying achievements in researching and manufacturing advanced weapons and defense technology.
In particular, the highlight of the exhibition is the modern interactive area with 3D mapping panorama virtual reality glasses technology, bringing a realistic and vivid experience to visitors.
The outdoor exhibition area of the Ministry of National Defense with an area of over 23,000 m2 is also a highlight, highlighted by the main green welcome gate - symbolizing the Vietnam People's Army, along with the central roundabout design simulating the Hanoi Flag Tower ( pillar).
