On October 20, information from the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee said that in the process of implementing policies and regimes for cadres and civil servants... according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP of the Government, 3,384 people have received decisions to pay policies and regimes upon leave from work according to regulations. The total amount of money that the locality has paid is VND 3,340 billion.
Along with that, the Provincial People's Committee has focused on implementing the arrangement of the apparatus; implementing the project to arrange, merge, and reorganize specialized agencies according to regulations; implementing contents related to the 2-level local government model.
The Provincial People's Committee also regularly reviews difficulties and problems in the implementation of this model to promptly resolve them, in order to ensure the apparatus operates stably, smoothly and effectively.

The work of building the government, determining administrative boundaries, training, fostering and rewarding collectives and individuals has been implemented promptly and in accordance with regulations.
In particular, the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee has issued a plan to arrange and assign a team of commune-level cadres and civil servants. Currently, the whole province is lacking more than 600 staff quotas in 64 communes and wards.
Currently, the Department of Home Affairs of Dak Lak province is conducting statistics and reviewing detailed missing personnel at the units to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and approval of additional plans, in order to meet the requirements of the tasks from now until the end of 2025.
