On October 16, Cao Bang Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the Decision of the Provincial Police Director on the mobilization and increase of 29 officers and soldiers to work in remote communes in the area.
Attending and chairing the ceremony were Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh - Director of the Provincial Police; also attending were Deputy Directors, leaders of professional departments and police of communes and wards.
At the ceremony, the leaders of the Department of Organization and Personnel announced the decisions to mobilize officers from the professional departments of the Provincial Police to take up the task at the commune police.
These are all young officers, well-trained at People's Public Security schools, with high capacity and sense of responsibility in their work.
Strengthening the force for commune police in disadvantaged areas not only helps consolidate and improve the effectiveness of ensuring security and order at the grassroots level but is also an opportunity for young officers and soldiers to practice their mettle, accumulate practical experience and become more mature in the profession.
In his speech, Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh requested the transferred cadres to uphold their sense of responsibility, strictly comply with the regulations and rules of the industry; constantly cultivate moral qualities and lifestyle, maintain discipline, order and the spirit of serving the people.
