On the afternoon of July 29, the Party Executive Committee of Phu Quoc Special Forces held its first congress for the 2025-2030 term. 83/83 delegates were called up to the congress.
The Party Committees of Phu Quoc Special Party Agencies include 4 subordinate Party cells (Organization - Inspection Party Cell; Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Party Cell; Party Committee - People's Council Office Party Cell; Party Cell of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the special zone).
With the goal of improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee; building a team of cadres, civil servants and public employees in the entire Party organization with strong political will, capacity and prestige equal to the tasks in the new situation; Promoting the tradition of solidarity, playing the role of pioneering and exemplary responsibility of Party members and cadres; promoting administrative reform, improving the quality of advisory work of specialized Party agencies, associated with innovation, creativity, and digital transformation.
Innovation of working style in a scientific and professional direction; leadership the successful implementation of political tasks of agencies and units, contributing to building a clean and strong, comprehensive Party Committee and agency.
The Congress also proposed a number of tasks and solutions such as continuing to innovate and improve the quality of study organization, disseminate and propagate the Party's resolutions, policies and laws of the State. Improve the work of grasping the situation, promptly informing and orienting the thoughts of cadres, party members and people on issues of public concern...
Speaking at the congress, Comrade Le Quoc Anh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Phu Quoc Special Zone Party Committee, requested: it is necessary to strengthen and do better the work of Party building, organize a comprehensive dissemination and strictly implement the resolutions and directives of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee and the plans of the Special Zone Party Committee on Party building work.
Improve political mettle, ethics, lifestyle, and exemplary responsibility of cadres and party members, especially key cadres. Resolutely fight against corruption, negativity, degradation in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, "self-evolution", "self-transformation" within the organization. The Party Committee and specialized Party agencies need to promote their role as the political core, lead units to continue to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee and Party members to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
The Resolution of the First Congress of the 2025-2030 term of Phu Quoc Special Forces Party agencies sets out targets to strive for 100% of Party members to complete their tasks every year, of which 90% complete their tasks well or better.
