Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh has just signed and issued Resolution No. 1158/NQ-UBTVQH15 promulgating the job positions of full-time National Assembly deputies working at the Central level and officials under the management authority of the National Assembly Standing Committee (NASC).
Accordingly, promulgated together with this Resolution is the list of job positions, job descriptions, and competency frameworks for job positions of full-time National Assembly deputies working at the Central level and cadres under the management authority of the National Assembly Standing Committee.
According to the description, the job positions: Chairman of the National Assembly , Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, Secretary General of the National Assembly - Head of the National Assembly Office, Chairman of the Nationalities Council and Chairman of the National Assembly Committee, Head of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly are implemented according to the Politburo's regulations on the framework of title standards and criteria for evaluating cadres under the management of the Central Executive Committee, Politburo, and Secretariat.
The Vice Chairman of the Ethnic Council and Vice Chairman of the Committee is a leadership and management position and is a deputy level to assist the Chairman of the Ethnic Council and Chairman of the Committee in leading and directly directing the specialized Department in managing and organizing the implementation of one or several areas of work as assigned by the Chairman of the Ethnic Council, Chairman of the Committee, Standing Committee of the Ethnic Council, Standing Committee, and is responsible to the Chairman of the Ethnic Council, Chairman of the Committee, Standing Committee of the agency and before the law for the assigned duties and tasks.

Assistant to the Chairman of the National Assembly advises and assists the Chairman of the National Assembly.
According to the resolution, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, the Secretary General of the National Assembly, the Council of Nationalities, the Committees of the National Assembly, the Office of the National Assembly, the agencies under the Standing Committee of the National Assembly and relevant agencies, organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Resolution.
