Up to now, the Military Youth Union has coordinated with relevant agencies and units to complete documents to serve the commendation.
Thereby, coordinating to complete the procedures to propose the Minister of National Defense to award certificates of merit to 10 outstanding young faces, the Director of the General Department of Politics to award certificates of merit to 55 promising young faces in the entire army in 2024.
From there, perfect the program and scenario for awarding awards; coordinate the implementation of propaganda work before, during and after the awards; coordinate with competent authorities to review policies for outstanding young faces of the entire army in 2024.
At the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh praised the Army Youth Union for thoroughly implementing the instructions and closely coordinating with agencies and units to comprehensively implement the preparation work.
From there, it acknowledged and appreciated the additional opinions of representatives of agencies and units at the conference, requesting the Army Youth Union to accept and complete the plan and scenario.
Senior General Le Quang Minh requested to closely monitor agencies and units inside and outside the Army to prepare for the reception of delegates to ensure thoughtfulness, solemnity, and absolute safety.
