On May 15, the Hue City Party Committee's Inspection Committee (UBKT) said that at the 8th Session, the unit considered, concluded and disciplined a number of officials related to violations in management and administration.
Accordingly, the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee decided to impose disciplinary action in the form of reprimand on Mr. Hoang The Hung - Chief of Office of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the City Party Committee, former Deputy Chief of Office in charge of the Office of the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement of Thua Thien Hue province.
The Inspection Committee determined that during his time in office at the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department, Mr. Hung was irresponsible in supervising and inventorying cash funds, temporarily seized judgment enforcement accounts and managing equipment containing digital signature data. From there, professional accountants took advantage of forging documents to appropriate temporarily seized judgment enforcement money.
Also at the meeting, the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee considered the results of the inspection of signs of violations against Mr. Nguyen Dinh Duc - Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Hue City, concurrently Chief of the Coordinating Office of the National Target Program for New Rural Development of the city.
According to the conclusion, Mr. Duc has not fully promoted the responsibility of the head, lax leadership, lacked inspection and supervision in the signing and implementation of communication contracts on the New Rural Program, allowing Cat Tuong Quan Company to forge dossiers and broadcasting documents for settlement and appropriation of the State budget.
The City Party Committee's Inspection Committee determined that the violation caused serious consequences, reducing the prestige of individuals and related Party organizations, so it proposed that competent authorities consider disciplinary action against Mr. Nguyen Dinh Duc.
At the same time, the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee requested the Standing Committee of the City People's Committee Party Committee to direct the inspection and handling of relevant officials and party members according to regulations.
