Of which, at the provincial level, the total number of cadres, civil servants, and workers in the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee agencies and socio-political organizations of the province is 142 people (including 130 cadres, civil servants, and 12 labor federations according to Decree No. 111-ND/CP).
The total number of leaders and managers (from the deputy board level and equivalent and above) is 66 people. Of which, the leaders under the management of the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee (Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the groups) are 21 people; Heads and Deputy Heads of the professional departments; Heads and Deputy Heads of the Office are 45 people.
The total number of cadres, civil servants, and employees of specialized agencies of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations at the district level is 254 people. Of which, the management leadership (Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the organizations) is 158 people.
At the commune level, the total number of full-time cadres and civil servants of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations (Chairmen and Secretaries of Organizations) is 818 people.
Regarding the Fatherland Front, at the provincial level, the apparatus of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ninh province has 26 people (including 24 cadres, civil servants and 2 Labor Federations according to Decree No. 111-ND/CP).
At the district level, the total number of cadres, civil servants, and employees of the specialized agencies of the District Fatherland Front Committee is 44 people.
Commune level, the number of full-time Vietnam Fatherland Front civil servants at the commune level is 171 people.
For the Trade Union sector, the apparatus of the Quang Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor has 29 people (including 24 cadres, civil servants, and 2 public employees).
At the district level, the payroll of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers at district-level Labor Federation agencies is 50 people.
Meanwhile, for the Farmers' Association, the apparatus of the specialized agency of the Farmers' Association of Quang Ninh province has 18 members.
The total number of cadres, civil servants, and workers in the district-level Farmers' Union's specialized agency is 38 people.
There are 145 people in the Commune-level Farmers' Associations.
