At the conference, the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee announced decisions on personnel work. Accordingly, Mr. Ha Quang Trung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council, Dien Bien Phu (old) was transferred and assigned to the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee.
Mr. Ly Thanh Tiem, Secretary of Nam Po District Party Committee (old) took on the position of Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office. Mr. Ly Ly Xa, Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association, took on the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department. Ms. Cao Thi Tuyet Lan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Dien Bien District (old) took on the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.
Mr. Bui Minh Hai, Secretary of Muong Nhe District Party Committee (old) took on the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee. Mr. Tran Quy Hung, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Bien Phu City (old) took on the task of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, assigning him the responsibility of organizing the activities of the Provincial Farmers' Association.
At the conference, the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee also announced Decision No. 482/QD-MTTW-BTT, dated June 21 of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. Accordingly, the decision to recognize the positions in the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Bien province for the 2024 - 2029 term consists of 7 comrades.
Mr. Mua A Vang holds the position of Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Mr. Tan Minh Long holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and is also Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation; Mr. Tran Quy Hung holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and is also Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association; Mr. Mua Chien Thang holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and is also the Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union.
Along with that, Ms. Po Dieu Ninh holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and is also the Chairman of the Provincial Women's Union; Mr. Luu Trong Lu holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and is also the Chairman of the Provincial Veterans Association; Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
Regarding the apparatus of the Vietnam Fatherland Front organization, in Decision No. 6566-QD/TU, dated June 19 of the Provincial Party Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Bien province was established from July 1, 2025.
