"For cases that do not meet work requirements and show signs of delay, we will resolutely not arrange or reorganize them into the new apparatus" - Mr. Cuong said.
In addition, Mr. Tran Quoc Cuong also acknowledged the efforts and responsibilities of the districts in focusing on implementing well 7/7 component projects of the National Grid Rural Power Supply Project (Dien Bien Light Up Program).
After only 7 months of the districts, investors focused on implementing a huge amount of work in disadvantaged areas. That not only affirms the efforts and responsibility of cadres but also shows the political determination of the entire system to bring a better life to the people.
However, with other key projects, such as: Conservation and restoration of Dien Bien Phu Branch Group Center; Nam Rom River Basin Multi-disaster Management Project; Dong Luc Road Project and 8 urban infrastructure development projects using capital outside the State budget... Mr. Tran Quoc Cuong criticized the sense of responsibility of a number of district and commune officials who showed signs of being afraid of collisions, causing progress to be delayed.
Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee Secretary requested investors of projects and each cadres and civil servants to raise their awareness and determination to perform each job in the project. In the immediate future, continue to perform the work, and at the same time review and assess the mass; Advise the Provincial People's Committee to assign new grassroots government to continue implementing the project after arranging the apparatus, ensuring that projects are not interrupted.
"The work results of each individual and each collective in the old unit are considered the basic basis for considering and arranging work in the new government. Accordingly, for individuals who do well, they can be arranged and promoted to higher positions; but for individuals who show signs of being sluggish and not meeting job requirements, they should resolutely not be arranged in the new apparatus" - Mr. Tran Quoc Cuong emphasized.
