On June 10, authorized by the Board of Directors of Hanoi City Police, Lieutenant Colonel Tran Van Quang, Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel, announced the Decision of the City Police Director on the transfer of 38 Deputy Heads of Departments and equivalents according to the plan of the City Police.
Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and leaders of the City Police have identified the personnel work of the Party Congresses at all levels towards the 29th City Police Party Congress and the arrangement and assignment of cadres when merging and consolidating according to administrative boundaries in the City Police as a particularly important political task.
After careful consideration and assessment, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the leaders of the City Police agreed to arrange, arrange and transfer 38 Deputy Heads of Departments to hold equivalent positions in other units, ensuring compliance with qualifications, training, capacity, experience, working skills and balance in structure and number of deputies for 38 comrades.
Assigning the task to the comrades receiving the Mobilization Decision, Lieutenant General Nguyen Thanh Tung requested the commanders to quickly stabilize and get in touch with the new unit and position; overcome all difficulties and challenges; constantly cultivate, practice qualities, improve knowledge and practical capacity; innovate scientific working methods and styles, innovate and be creative; be honest, exemplary, courageous, humane, serve the people, become new factors that contribute greatly to the results and achievements of the unit and the City Police.
For each Party Committee and command collective of units in the City Police, after stabilizing the organizational apparatus, Lieutenant General Nguyen Thanh Tung requested units to urgently organize Party Congresses and grassroots Party cells for the 2025-2030 term to ensure requirements and progress; excellently complete the assigned tasks.
Party committees and commanding groups must foster and maintain solidarity and unity within the unit; create a clean, healthy, cultural, affectionate, disciplined and disciplined working and combat environment for officers and soldiers to improve themselves, maximize their qualities, abilities and personal strengths, contribute to the cause of national security protection, ensure social order and safety in the new situation.
