Dien Bien Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism consolidates leadership positions after arrangement
On the afternoon of July 30, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (DCST) of Dien Bien province organized a conference to announce decisions on organizational structure and personnel work.
At the conference, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced decisions to appoint leaders and managers for many professional departments and affiliated units.
Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Van Trung holds the position of Chief of Office of the Department; Mr. Dao Duy Trinh holds the position of Head of Culture Management Department; Ms. Duong Thi Chung holds the position of Director of Dien Bien Provincial Culture and Sports Center.
Mr. Pham Manh Cuong holds the position of Head of the Dien Bien Provincial Art Troupe; Ms. Vu Thi Tuyet Nga holds the position of Director of Dien Bien Phu Museum.
Ms. Le Thi Kieu Trang holds the position of Deputy Head of Information - Press - Publishing Management Department and is assigned the position of Acting Head of Department.
Major General To Anh Dung elected to hold the position of Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee
On the morning of July 27, the Central Organization Committee coordinated with the Standing Committee of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee to organize a conference to announce the Secretariat's decision on personnel work.
The Conference announced the Secretariat's decisions on approving Major General To Anh Dung - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee for the term 2025-2030; and at the same time introduced to Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Council to elect him to hold the position of Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee for the term 2026-2031.

At the 6th session of the Quang Ngai Provincial People's Council (morning of July 28), a Resolution was passed to elect Mr. Nguyen Duc Tam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, as Chairman of the Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee with a rate of 64/64 votes in favor, reaching 100%.
