Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh has just signed Decision No. 63/QD-TTg approving the plan to simplify internal administrative procedures (AP) between state administrative agencies under the management of the Ministry of National Defense.

According to the decision, 18 internal administrative procedures in 7 areas in state administrative agencies under the management of the Ministry of National Defense will be simplified.

In the field of investment promotion management, simplify 2 internal administrative procedures:

- Procedures for developing and adjusting Investment Promotion Programs;

- Investment promotion procedures are not part of the Investment Promotion Program.

The field of reserve officer management simplifies 4 internal administrative procedures:

- Procedures for first-time reserve officer registration;

- Procedures for registration of additional reserve officers;

- Procedures for registering reserve officers for transfer;

- Separate reserve officer registration procedures.

The field of civil enforcement simplifies 2 internal administrative procedures:

- Procedures for coordinating the development of a Plan to ensure the enforcement of civil judgments in the Army;

- Procedures for establishing and changing members of the Examination Council for Execution Officers of the Execution Department and proposing appointment, dismissal, removal, and rewards in the field of civil execution in the Army.

The field of management of post-war bomb and mine clearance activities simplifies 2 internal administrative procedures:

- Procedures for establishing, appraising and approving programs and plans to overcome the consequences of post-war bombs, mines and explosives at the national level;

- Procedures for establishing, appraising and approving programs and plans to overcome the consequences of post-war bombs, mines and explosives at the provincial and centrally-run city levels.

In the field of military and defense work, simplify procedures for establishing and dissolving military commands and appointing and dismissing positions of military commands of central ministries and branches.

The industrial mobilization sector simplifies 5 internal administrative procedures:

- Procedures for assigning tasks to survey production and repair capacity of industrial enterprises;

- Procedures for developing and submitting state plans on industrial mobilization;

- Procedures for developing and submitting industrial mobilization plans of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and provincial People's Committees.

- Procedures for developing, submitting for approval, adjusting and supplementing the list of decisions on industrial enterprises eligible for mobilization;

- Procedures for notifying industrial mobilization decisions.

The military science sector simplifies two internal administrative procedures:

- Procedures for collecting information on the application of national-level science and technology tasks containing state secrets and military secrets;

- Collect information on national science and technology tasks being carried out using the state budget.
