On the afternoon of July 15, towards the 78th anniversary of the War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1945 - July 27, 2025), Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission and the delegation returned to Nghe An to offer flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh and the heroic martyrs.
Participating in the working delegation, the leaders of Nghe An province included comrades: Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Ngoc Kim Nam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; along with leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee's Office.
At the Kim Lien Special National Relic Site, comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia and the delegation of the Central and Nghe An provinces respectfully offered offerings, flowers, and incense to the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh.
The Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee and the delegation commemorated and expressed their gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh - the talented leader of our Party and people, the outstanding activist of the communist movement and international workers.

At the Vietnam - Laos International Martyrs' Cemetery, Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia and the delegation offered flowers and incense to commemorate Uncle Ho and the heroic martyrs' Church and the Monument of the heroic martyrs.
With the tradition of "remembering the source of water when drinking", comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia and the delegation respectfully expressed their infinite gratitude for the great sacrifice of the heroic martyrs who fought bravely and sacrificed for the noble international friendship on all fronts in the battlefields of Laos.
The Vietnam - Laos International Martyrs' Cemetery was built in 1976 on an area of nearly 7 hectares, the largest cemetery gathering graves of volunteer soldiers and Vietnamese experts who died in Laos. This is also the only cemetery named after two countries, two peoples of Vietnam - Laos, a symbolic work of loyal solidarity and iron cooperation between two brotherly peoples.
Up to now, the cemetery has received and cared for nearly 11,000 graves of heroic martyrs from 47 provinces and cities across the country who died on the battlefield in Laos to rest.
Next, the working group came to offer flowers and incense at Truong Bon National Historical Site.
In the sacred atmosphere, comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia and the delegation respectfully offered flowers and incense to commemorate and express their deep gratitude at the collective tomb of the 13 heroic martyrs of the Youth Volunteer Army of Company 317 and at the 1,240 Heroic Martyrs Memorial House.
During the resistance war against the US, Truong Bon was the place where tens of thousands of young people traveled along Truong Son to save the country. 1,240 outstanding children have fallen on the legendary path, typically the heroic sacrifice of 13 Youth Volunteers of Company 317, on October 31, 2019.
