As reported by Lao Dong, after collecting opinions and receiving high consensus and agreement from the people, the Project to reorganize Bac Ninh and Bac Giang provinces to establish Bac Ninh province was submitted to the Government on April 28, before the prescribed time.
According to the Project, the two provinces of Bac Ninh - Bac Giang will merge and have a new name, Bac Ninh province, the administrative center will be located in the current Bac Giang city. The new Bac Ninh province will have a total of 99 communes and wards; population of 3,619,433 people.
The project also clearly states the organizational structure of the Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee of Bac Ninh (new) after the merger.
Accordingly, the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee (new) under the Central Government was established, including: Party Committees of Provincial Party agencies, Party Committees of the Provincial People's Committee, Party Committees of the Provincial Police, Party Committees of the Provincial Military Command, and 99 commune-level Party Committees.
Appoint the Executive Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee (new) consisting of 84 comrades; the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee consisting of 24 comrades; the Provincial Party Committee Secretary, Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee according to regulations on personnel management and guidance from the Central Committee.
Appoint the Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, and members of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission according to the provisions of the Party Charter.
Establishing specialized agencies to assist the (new) Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, including:
Provincial Party Committee Office, after the arrangement: There are 4 rooms, 4 rooms reduced. Regarding the number of positions: 68 civil servants (CC) and 27 employees (NLD) are assigned; currently, there are 61 CC and 25 employees.
The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, after the arrangement: has 4 departments, reducing 4 departments. Regarding the number of positions: 56 CC, 9 employees are assigned; currently there are 53 CC, 6 employees.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, after the arrangement: There are 4 departments, 4 departments are reduced. Regarding the number of positions after the arrangement: 45 CC, 08 employees are assigned; currently there are 43 CC, 06 employees.
The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, after the arrangement: There are 6 departments, reducing 6 departments. Regarding the number of positions after the arrangement: 80 CC, 14 employees are assigned; currently 75 CC, 12 employees.
The Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, after the arrangement: There are 6 departments, reducing 6 departments. Regarding the number of positions after the arrangement: 80 CC, 14 employees are assigned; currently 75 CC, 12 employees.
The Party Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, after the arrangement: There are 4 departments, 4 departments reduced. Regarding the number of positions: 20 CC, 5 employees; currently 17 CC, 5 employees.
The Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, in terms of the number of positions: 29 CC, 05 employees are assigned, currently 24 CC, 04 employees
Provincial Radio and Television Newspapers and Stations, after the arrangement: There are 9 rooms, 1 center, reduced by 21 rooms. Regarding the number of positions: 250 civil servants (VC) and 11 employees are assigned.
Nguyen Van Cu Political School, after the arrangement: There are 5 departments, 5 rooms reduced. Regarding the number of positions: 84 VC, 14 employees are assigned; currently 82 VC, 11 employees are assigned.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province has the following structure: Office; Committee for Democracy, Supervision and Social Criticism; Organization - Inspection Committee. At the same time, establish committees on the basis of merging the socio-political organizations of the two provinces before the arrangement.
