The conference was connected online to the People's Committees of 135 communes and wards in Gia Lai province.
Through the conference, relevant units guided how to report daily on the activities of the Commune-level Public Administration Service Center according to the direction of the Central Steering Committee; develop a list of work to ensure the center operates smoothly and effectively; skills in using the VNPT iGate System of Gia Lai province to receive, process, approve and return results of handling administrative procedures.
Localities are instructed on the professional process of implementing "Electronic Certificate" services on the VNPT iGate System; receive and process documents for some essential administrative procedures of people and businesses in the land sector on this system.
Directing at the conference, Vice Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee Lam Hai Giang requested communes and wards to urgently deploy necessary tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Commune-level Public Administration Service Center.
Mr. Giang suggested that localities arrange the Commune-level Public Administration Service Center at a suitable location, convenient for people and businesses; equip equipped with adequate equipment and utilities to serve smooth operations.
Implement well the handover and receipt of documents from the old district - commune level to the new commune-level government to continue handling administrative procedures for the people.
"Quickly stabilize the organization and operation of specialized departments, complete internal procedures for handling administrative procedures, establish electronic processes to monitor and supervise the reception and settlement of administrative procedures of departments.
Continue to arrange cadres and youth union members to support and facilitate people and businesses in the process of performing administrative procedures. Timely report problems and problems arising in the implementation of the VNPT iGate Provincial System to the Provincial People's Committee Office for the earliest possible solutions," Mr. Giang directed.
