According to the Decision of the Secretariat, Major General Tran Van Phuc - Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police was transferred and assigned to hold the position of Member of the 13th Central Inspection Committee.
The Minister of Public Security decided to assign Colonel Vu Thanh Tung - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police to be in charge of the Quang Ninh Provincial Police during the time of perfecting the personnel organization work.
Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee Vu Dai Thang congratulated the comrades assigned to the new assignment; acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of Major General Tran Van Phuc during his time working in Quang Ninh, who led the Provincial Police force to excellently complete the task of ensuring security and order, contributing significantly to the overall development of the locality.
Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Lam - Deputy Minister of Public Security expressed his confidence that comrades Tran Van Phuc and Vu Thanh Tung will continue to promote their sense of responsibility and working capacity, and excellently complete all assigned tasks. At the same time, he hoped that Colonel Vu Thanh Tung and the collective of officers and soldiers of Quang Ninh Police would continue to maintain solidarity, proactively advise and closely coordinate with all levels and sectors, contributing to building a solid people's security posture, effectively serving the socio-economic development of the province.
Speaking at the ceremony to accept the assignment, Major General Tran Van Phuc and Colonel Vu Thanh Tung expressed their honor and pride in being trusted with the new responsibility; affirmed that they will make every effort, promote a sense of responsibility, excellently complete the assigned tasks, and contribute to the development of Quang Ninh province and the country.
