    At the announcement ceremony, Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan expressed his deep gratitude to Colonel Vo Duc Nguyen for his great contributions during his time working at Binh Dinh Provincial Police.

    According to Mr. Pham Anh Tuan, since taking up the position of Director of Binh Dinh Provincial Police, Colonel Vo Duc Nguyen has excellently completed the assigned tasks, effectively advising the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial People's Committee Standing Committee in ensuring security and order.

    Thanks to Colonel Nguyen's strong direction, many types of crimes in the area have been effectively controlled, order and security have been maintained, contributing significantly to the socio-economic development of the locality.
