    Lai Chau - Colonel Bui Quyet Toan - Director of the Provincial Police was appointed to participate in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

    On July 10, the Standing Committee of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Decision of the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee on personnel work.

    According to the decision, Colonel Bui Quyet Toan - Director of Lai Chau Provincial Police - was appointed by the Secretariat to participate in the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee and the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

    Awarding the decision and delivering a speech assigning tasks, Lai Chau Provincial Party Secretary Le Minh Ngan emphasized that the consolidation of personnel of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee is of great significance, contributing to improving leadership and direction capacity, meeting the requirements of implementing local political tasks in the new period.

    The head of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee assessed that since being transferred and appointed by the Ministry of Public Security to hold the position of Director of Lai Chau Provincial Police from May 22, 2026, Colonel Bui Quyet Toan has quickly grasped the work.

    Colonel Bui Quyet Toan and the Party Committee and Board of Directors of the Provincial Police collectively led and comprehensively directed all aspects of work, maintaining solidarity in the force, ensuring the effectiveness of national security protection, maintaining social order and safety in the area.

    Speaking to receive the assignment, the Director of Lai Chau Provincial Police expressed his honor to be trusted by the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee, the Party Committee of the Central Public Security, leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and the Standing Committee of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee to entrust him with important responsibilities.

    Colonel Bui Quyet Toan affirmed that he will work with the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Provincial Police to build a regular, elite, and modern Lai Chau Police force.

    Ensuring national security, maintaining social order and safety, contributing to promoting socio-economic development of the locality.
